FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do you provide pickup and delivery options?

Yes – We always offer this service to projects of larger scale, however, if you need this service feel free to request it during the estimation process.

Are your aviation fabrics FAA Compliant?

Yes! We use FAA compliant materials and in addition, simultaneously focus on craftsmanship to guarantee perfect results!

How do I know what material to use?

Let our specialists assist you in your choice! When choosing your materials with us, we firmly recommend coming into our shop to pick your replacements in person. The reason we do this, is because computer monitors do not show color calibration correctly between certain fabrics.

Can you help me find matches to existing fabrics I own?

Yes – We would be glad to help. We would ask you to bring in a sample of your existing fabric, in which case we would assist you in finding a match, or replacement material with your design concept in mind.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and net terms (upon prior approval).

How do I know if I need foam replacement?

During the estimation process, we almost always estimate WITHOUT foam. We do this, because in most cases, tired foam can be brought back to life with some steam! If you would like foam (or cotton) replaced, let us know and we’d be happy to estimate that for you!

Do you do convertible top replacements?

Yes – actually, our experienced automotive team can pretty much do anything outside of glass, paint, and body work. If we can’t help you with a project – we will certainly point you in the direction of someone who can!

Can I just “bring my chair in”?

Yes – we only recommend sending us pictures and an estimate first, in order to save you time and stress! We like to let our customers know our pricing and lead times, before hauling in uncomfortable pieces to our shop.
